We had a hopeless situation on our hands when Diana was recommended to us by one of her realtor friends. Our original loan officer had lied to us over and over again, telling us we could get a loan with no problem, when he was obviously having a problem. Meanwhile, our dream house was slipping through our fingers and our proposed escrow date was closing in much too fast. As soon as we talked to Diana and gave her our information, she assured us that she could make this happen for us. Not only did she convince the selling realtor and his bank to extend our escrow date, but she used her personal bank contacts that had no problem working with our situation. Every step of the way (and several times a day!), Diana calmed our fears and kept us apprised of every situation that came up. All of our phone calls and emails were returned promptly, filled with reassurance that all was running smoothly. We moved into our dream house and invited Diana to our housewarming party. She is now a part of our family and we still stay in touch. I would, and will, recommend her to anyone over and over again.
